By downloading or using Toy Value Scanner ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app uses AI to identify collectible toys from photos and to estimate their market value. Identifications and estimates are generated automatically and may be wrong. They are provided for information and entertainment only.
Value estimates and market listings do not constitute a professional appraisal, an offer to buy, or financial advice. Actual sale prices depend on condition, variant, authenticity and demand. Do not make purchase, sale or insurance decisions based solely on the app.
Premium features (value estimates, live listings, unlimited scanning) require a subscription billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Where required, Apple's standard licensed application terms apply: Apple Standard EULA.
You agree not to abuse the service — including automated scraping, reverse-engineering the app or its API, circumventing usage limits or subscription checks, or using the app for anything unlawful.
Funko, Pop!, Hasbro, Transformers, Mattel, Hot Wheels, LEGO, eBay and all other product and brand names that may appear in scans, results or listings are trademarks of their respective owners. The app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these companies.
The app relies on third-party services to work: AI processing (OpenAI), subscription management (RevenueCat), payments (Apple) and marketplace data (eBay). Their availability is outside our control; the app's features may be limited if a provider is unavailable.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made based on identifications or estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue the service. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the effective date above. We may suspend access in cases of abuse (section 4).
